A little while ago I had a photo session in the garden with various drinks and cakes that we searve here at the Tearooms!  Of course we then had to eat it all… lol.

I wanted to show you that although we are a Tearooms, we serve lots of other things besides Tea and cake!

For instance, here is one of our lattes. 

The milk is heated and frothed and poured into the latte glass and then a shot of espresso is carefully poured onto the milk… and if all goes well we end up with lovely layers of colour.

Until I opened this Tearooms I had never experienced a layered latte before, I had always been served a “one colour” drink.

Our coffee is roasted only 9 miles south of here by a company in Halesworth and, as more a tea drinker than a coffee drinker myself, even I think it’s a smooooooth coffee!
